We are agents who:

• Answer our phones and work 7 days/week! No answering service, no "call back during the weekday" message. Just us-working.

What we are not:

• Lazy. We work hard. On Dec 23rd, 2005, we wrote a contract with a buyer on one of our listings. On Saturday nights, it is not uncommon for us to be negotiating a contract. On Monday mornings we are still working.
• The least 'expensive'. There are numerous discount brokerages out there. Some people are comfortable selling themselves. We encourage these business models. There is room for everyone in the industry and competition keeps us all honest. We will negotiate our prices with you and prove our worth. Our high volume repeat business tells us we are doing something right, even if we are not 'discount brokers'.
• We will not take on a client or listing we are not able to properly serve. We will happily help you find or refer you to an agent that better suits your needs.
• A 'one stop shop'. We do not have arrangement or ownership in title, mortgage or insurance companies. We are professional agents. We do one thing, we do it well.
