When do you get a price?

The time line from when we receive a listing to when it is entered in the MLS varies. To enter a listing, we must have a listing price. Well, sometimes we receive the list price with the listing, other times it takes a few months. Why so long? There are numerous factors in determining a banks list price and marketing strategy. All decisions must be approved and depending on the investor, the bank and the loss that can be a time consuming process. We list properties immediatley after receiving a price in the MLS.

There are other foreclosures, REO, bank owned and HUD properties out there! This is not a list of every property, just of properties where Radz Real Estate, LLC is the listing company.

We all get enough junk email. We need more good information! We need emails that help us make money and invest properly! Most properties will be REO/Bank owned listings in Arvada, Westminster, Aurora, Brighton, Commerce City, Northglenn, Thornton, Broomfield and Denver.

When you subscribe, you will receive a confirmation of subscription email and then whenever Radz Real Estate, LLC receives a new bank listing or listing of potential interest to investor buyers, we will send you an email. Unsubscribe request also generate an email confirmation. This is to help prevent abuse both ways!

Nothing fancy, no huge pictures or advertising. Mostly, they are a few lines of general and basic information-address, price, comment and maybe a link back to the listing.

If you want more information, call us. If you are an agent, investor or regular buyer wanting a good deal on a foreclosure property or want to have the opportunity to inspect and do your due dilligence before a property is fully listed or want to be informed first of any price changes in our listings, this is the best way to get that information!

On a 'busy' month, we may send 10-15 emails. A typical month will likely be less than 5. We receive a ton of emails ourselves and respect your inbox. We will often combine multiple price reductions into one email.

You will not be added to another list, have your email address shared or sold, no one but Radz Real Estate, LLC agents have access to the list and no one but us can send to the list. Any reply will go directly to Greg.
