Radz Real Estate, LLC History and Agent Roster
Radz Real Estate, LLC is a Thornton Colorado owned and operated business. We work with all residentail real estate types-new homes, investors, buyers, sellers, bank owned, HUD homes and anything else residential.
All agents have MLS access and are members of a local board. Continuing education of all agents is required by the state and encouraged by company policy to be above the minimum.

I was born in New Jersey and have lived in New Mexico, Brasil, Las Vegas and now Thornton. Shortly after buying my first house, I became a landlord renting out rooms to cover the mortgage. Since then, I have had an interest in property as an investment and source of income.
Upon arriving in Colorado, I entered the mortgage banking industry and spent five years learning about a different part of the industry. While quite successful, I yearned to be 'free' of working for someone else and decided to pursue a career as a real estate agent. I am the employing broker and owner of Radz Real Estate, LLC..
In my spare time, I volunteer with Rotary Youth Exchange and am the District Technology Chair and the Country Contact for Brasil. Please visit the youth exchange site at www.rye5450.org. I am a past president of the Northglenn/Thornton Rotary club and founding member and curent president of the new Rotary Club of Denver Metro North.

I was born in Sacramento California where my mother introduced me to a singing career at age 9. Shortly thereafter we moved to Las Vegas Nevada continuing that career into my adulthood. I left the city of lights and glitter for beautiful Colorado and became a Real Estate Agent not long after.
Upon hearing from several upset people that their real estate agent was showing them homes that they could not afford or that the agent was showing them homes of the opposite styles than they were wanting, I started thinking that I would do great as the honest Real Estate Agent. I have been told numerous times that I am too honest and thought that Real Estate would be a wonderful place to apply it. And so I did.
I am a big animal lover and in my spare time I still like to sing.

I have been involved in the housing/ construction business for many years. I had orginally started with the purchase of rentals and re-hab homes. Over the years I have done construction, real estate and development. I also have a backround in accounting, which I feel is esential in helping buyers and sellers make a rational econmic decision. I personnaly have also ownerd and managed many different type of business, to include a motel,flower shop,jewelry store, brew pub, and garden center to name a few. I had also worked as a mortgage broker and was a company controller for a management/ownership company which had high rises, garden apartment and commercial buildings. I have built and developed raw land, condo, townhouses single family and commercial property. The most unique being a land-o-minium. That was a property where RV owners each purchased a share of resort properties in which they could have their own decks , etc built on their exclusive use area and all share a common area.
Married and a father and grandfather. Have been involved in many civic and community organizations up to level of president or chairman. In relation to real estate, I had served on two different planning and zoning commitees and served as chairman on both.
