Radz Real Estate, LLC History and Agent Roster

Greg and Tonya Radziewicz moved to Thornton Colorado in August of 1998. Greg went to work as a lender and Tonya went to school to become a dental assistant. Within a few years, Tonya decided to become a real estate agent.

Tonya started with Keller Williams but quickly found herself moving to Metro Brokers. After realizing that Greg was working hard all week and Tonya was working hard all weekend-leaving little time together, a change was needed.

Tonya and Greg started Radz Real Estate initially as part of Metro Brokers and a shortly thereafter, became an independant company and remain as such today.

We work hard for our clients and strive to maintain the highest business ethics possible. We regularly attend classes and seminars to remain in the forefront of legal issues, compliance and improve our skills to better serve our clients.

You are very unlikely to find us driving a brand new luxury car with equally expensive clothing and jewlery on. You are quite likely to find us volunteering as part of Rotary, Rotary Youth Exchange, travelling, scuba diving, trying exotic foods and enjoying time with our son, Alexander.

We work the entire Front Range area. Call us for all your Denver CO Real Estate, Thornton CO Real Estate, Arvada CO Real Estate, Broomfield CO Real Estate and Metro Denver Real Estate Needs!

Gregory M Radziewicz-Employing Broker/Owner

Gregory M Radziewicz

I was born in New Jersey and have lived in New Mexico, Brasil, Las Vegas and now Thornton. Shortly after buying my first house, I became a landlord renting out rooms to cover the mortgage. Since then, I have had an interest in property as an investment and source of income.

Upon arriving in Colorado, I entered the mortgage banking industry and spent five years learning about a different part of the industry. While quite successful, I yearned to be 'free' of working for someone else and decided to pursue a career as a real estate agent. Tonya and I are co-owners of Radz Real Estate, LLC. I am the office manager and also a broker.

In my spare time, I volunteer with Rotary Youth Exchange and am the District Technology Chair and the Country Contact for Brasil. Please visit the youth exchange site at www.rye5450.org. I am a past president of the Northglenn/Thornton Rotary club and founding member and curent president of the new Rotary Club of Denver Metro North, www.rotarydmn.com.

Greg's choice of clothing typically involves Hawaiian shirts as he has discovered a severe allergy to suits since this photo was taken.

Tonya K Radziewicz-Associate Broker Owner

Tonya K Radziewicz

I was born in Sacramento California where my mother introduced me to a singing career at age 9. Shortly thereafter we moved to Las Vegas Nevada continuing that career into my adulthood. I left the city of lights and glitter for beautiful Colorado and became a Real Estate Agent not long after.

Upon hearing from several upset people that their real estate agent was showing them homes that they could not afford or that the agent was showing them homes of the opposite styles than they were wanting, I started thinking that I would do great as the honest Real Estate Agent. I have been told numerous times that I am too honest and thought that Real Estate would be a wonderful place to apply it. And so I did.

I am a big animal lover and a member of the Northglenn/Thornton Rotary Club. I was recently selected to become the country contact for Ecuador, Peru and Argentina with Rotary Youth Exchange. In my spare time I still like to sing.
