Who pays?In most instances, the buyer does not pay their agent for their services. Hire an agent, even if buying a new home, you will often find yourself in a better position for having done so! Not all agents are created equal. Interview agents before hiring them, make sure you like them and the services they offer. Also ask how to cancel the contract if the road gets bumpy.

Our promises to our buyers!1-We look for you!What? Don't all agents do that? No, they do not. We spend time getting to know you. We learn about your lifestyle, your hobbies, your personality, your likes and dislikes. We search the MLS for all Denver CO Real Estate properties for you. As we learn more about you, we are better able to find a neighborhood and house that will become your home. A start to this is to contact us. We show you any property, not just our listings.2-We spend as much time as you want looking.As long as you are serious about making a purchase, we will look for and show you as many houses as you want. We do not quit at ten homes and demand you purchase one. You may start looking at Thornton CO Real Estate and then decide to look at Denver CO Real Estate. We go where you want to look! Due to our unique style of getting to know our buyers, we typically do not end up looking at that many homes anyway! Sometimes, finding the perfect home takes a little longer. This is especially true when looking at new construction and when requesting concessions (down payment assistance, for example) from the seller. We will continue to look for you and with you until we find what you want. A home is a serious and large investment. We are committed to taking the time to ensure your investment is rewarding both now and in the future. 3-You set the limits.Before we spend too much time shopping for a new home, we are going to ask to speak to your lender and to you about price. No, we are not trying to get personal financial information. What we want is a realistic 'ceiling'. We will respect the maximum price that you give us. We will not show you a much higher priced home to make you 'think of the future' or tease you. Not only will we respect the price limit you set, we will still search for properties that meet your specifications and are selling for less than your limit. Being qualified, having the money, does not mean you need to spend it to buy the home that you want. We will find the home you want and we will respect your price limits, regardless of how much more you may be qualified to buy.4-We will help with all aspects of the buying process!We are not and do not claim to be experts at plumbing, city code, remodel cost, insurance or a number of other items we, as agents, are asked about daily. What we do have is the knowledge and ability to help you get the correct answers. In many instances, we will get the answer for you! The issues you deal with in buying a home every few years, we deal with daily. We know the people that will provide the answers and have the resources to get you the correct answer-the first time. Just because the purchase contract is signed, our job is not done and we do not turf you off to an assistant while we go after the next buyer. You are stuck with us the whole process!5-We don't wait for you to ask...We keep on top of your closing so you can worry about packing and relocating to your new home. We let you know, with plenty of advance, when the inspection is due so we can order it. We keep in touch with your lender to ensure they have what they need from everyone involved in the transaction. We tell you what the next step is in the process and ensure you understand everyone's role so everything proceeds smoothly.6-We are almost always available...The only reason we say 'almost' is we do sleep sometimes! We have an office number (which goes to our home number automatically), we each have a cellular, we have email addresses and a fax machine. We are almost always available. Yes, we do sleep, eat and spend time away from work (occasionally). We do tend to turn off our phones when meeting with a client so to direct our attention to them. When you leave us a message, we do return it promptly, many times within minutes. Your friend just saw the 'perfect property' go up for sale? Call us!! We will most likely meet you there right away! Our phones and email work 7 days a week and so do we!
What else?Radz Real Estate, LLC has full access to all the properties listed in MLS, IRES and more with CCM (basically we can obtain information on any Colorado property). We will show you any listing, not just 'in house' listings, regardless of the commission we receive or the price. We will disclosue to you the anticipated commission if you wish and will only show you homes you can afford. We work around your schedule and keep in touch.
