It is a personal and somewhat revealing process as the lender will be able to obtain and require a good amount of your financial information. You want that to remain secure, you want someone you can trust. It is difficult to go to the office and have a personal meeting with a lender who only works over the internet and uses some far away box as their 'office'. Some internet lending experiences work, but not all...it is our experience that our buyers are most satisfied working with one of the above lenders or another local lender with experience, integrity, ingenuity and a desire to provide the customer service we all deserve!
