Bank/REO Services
Bank Deals! We have deals! Some of our bank owned properties are priced very aggressively. But not all bank owned homes are a 'deal'. Banks are not in the business of losing money, but they do lose on almost every foreclosure. Each property has a set of cost associated with it from the foreclosure process, past due mortgage payments, legal fees, listing fees, administrative cost, etc. This adds up and sometimes the banks are unable to sell for much more of a loss. Carefully examine a property prior to making an offer and be prepared to negotiate. Remember, not all bank owned homes are a deal and not all deals are bank owned homes! Reo means Real Estate Owned. It is a bank term for properties that they have ownership of through foreclosure. Radz Real Estate works with REO listings and also investors looking to purchase REO's, HUD homes or other deals.
